Jack ma was born in a poor family of china.
His childhood was full of difficulties. As living in a poor family he learned
that how to live and struggle with limited resources.He failed two times in
college entrance exam. He cleared it in third attempt. In 1988 he completed his
degree. Also he was not well in studies; he never understood math and science.
But in the age of 13 he thought that
English language can change his life. But he didn't know how to improve
English. Then, an idea strikes at his mind. From that day he began to go to a
hotel where foreigners came to stay and he began to make conversation with
those tourists. He began to work as a tourist guide so as to make as much
English conversation as possible to excel his English.
Soon he learnt how to speak English with its accent. By doing tourist
guiding he begin to earn few pocket money also.
After lots of attempt he began his career
as an English teacher. But, somewhere in the bottom of heart, he wanted to do
something special, something different. Because of this desire, he couldn't
continue his job as an English teacher.
For doing something new, he launched a
translation company; he taught how to translate Chinese to English and
vice-versa.
In 1994 when he travels to America
For jack it was a wonder. In those days,
internet was not much popular in china. He came back to china with some strong
determination.
After returning he launched a website named
"china page". China
But in those days the computers were not so
popular in china. So it was impossible for jack to make china page continue.
That’s why he shuttled it down.
He became very depressed by this. Then he began to job in commerce sector,
but he was not satisfied by his job. So, after sometime in1999 he called his 17
friends and put forth an idea of making online marketing company. His friends
then agreed to invest on his idea.
They
named the company-Alibaba. Soon the company began to establish and miracle
happened after taking his exam of life. 
It is a fact that jack never did not learn about
management nor did he do any business training. But he did well in his business
empire.
He says-"I never understood the report of account.

Soon he became the second largest businessman of Asia . He became richest man of China
